Release Notes – System Enhancements & Fixes

1. Billing List Edit Issue Fix

Issue:
Editing a billing record (e.g., Authorization Code) in Client > Billing List was creating a new entry instead of updating the existing one.

Resolution:

  • Identified and resolved the root cause.

  • Edits now correctly update the existing record without creating duplicates.


2. Medication Module Enhancements

Start & End Date Validation:

  • Ensured the start date cannot be later than the end date.

  • Added stricter input checks to prevent incorrect date entries.

Bug Fixes:

  • Resolved duplicate medication data being added.

  • Fixed incorrect/missing start and end date issues.

  • Improved error handling to block duplicate medication records.


3. Client Billing (Payor Management)

Date Range Validation:

  • Prevents overlapping date ranges for the same payor to ensure accurate billing periods.

Duplicate Payor Restriction:

  • Blocks adding the same payor twice with the same Beneficiary number, maintaining clean records.


4. Folder Rearrangement for Clients & Employees

New Feature: Folder Organization & Custom Order

Key Highlights:
Permissions & Restrictions

  • Only authorized users can rearrange folders.

  • Cross-section movement is restricted unless permitted.

Drag-and-Drop Functionality

  • Easily rearrange folders within sections.

  • Supports nested folder hierarchies.

Persistent Folder Order

  • Folder arrangement is saved and remains consistent across sessions.

UI Enhancements

  • Sortable list/grid views with visual drag indicators.

  • Reset option to revert to default order.


5. Timesheet Billing Calculation Update

Improved Accuracy Based on Rounded Minutes

  • Billing Amount is now calculated using the Rounded Off Minutes from the Prior Authorization tab.

  • Ensures precise billing aligned with approved authorization time.

  • Eliminates discrepancies due to unrounded entries.
